About Me

My photo
Bullaroo (Brian Edwards)
Atlanta, Georgia, United States
My name is Brian and I am a concept artist (feels like I should be holding a candle or something for this part). I graduated from the Art Institute of Atlanta, with a BFA in media arts and animation. When I first applied to that school, I thought I wanted to be a comicbook artist. I figured that if I learned how to draw really fast, as an animator should be able to do, my comic-drawing skills would grow exponentially. It's not that I have turned my back on that type of art (I have a soft spot for sequential art) but during my final year of school, I found my calling, digital painting. I still love pencils, paper, paint and pens but not having original pieces to move, store and worry about has really been nice. I traded in watching paint dry for the "undo" command :)
